An important diagnostic campaign on two paintings by Vasari

Art-Test accomplished an important diagnostic campaign on 2 very large paintings by Giorgio Vasari, using all its innovative devices, such as 3 different methodologies for IR reflectography, including the improved IR scanner, its exclusive multispectral fluorescence and multilayer imaging, digital xrays acquisitions and xrf sampling, very high resolution 3D relief, together with the newest themography applied to painting technique. The results of this important study will be presented during the “Cultural Week”, on 17/04 at Bosco Marengo, where the paintings are to be seen.
